Atlanta is the focus of a new podcast. The podcast produced by Will Packer Productions and Complex is called “Atlanta Is…” The eight-episode series explores the city’s history and culture, spotlighting stories behind Atlanta’s music, film industry, religion, politics and more.
Some of the notable people featured in the production include U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock from Georgia, rapper Ludacris, and pastor Jamal Bryant.
On Monday’s edition of “Closer Look,” program host Rose Scott talks with Atlanta-based writer Maurice Garland and journalists Jewel Wicker and Christina Lee.
