During her campaign swing through Fulton County, Ann Romney, Mitt Romney’s wife, defended her lunchtime appearance in Alpharetta.
While Gingrich and Santorum campaigned in Georgia, the candidate Romney was stumping in North Dakota. It was his wife Ann talking to voters inside Smokejack Southern Grill and BBQ. She said her husband had no problem sending her to Georgia.
“Mitt was just here in Georgia not long ago,” said Ann Romney. “We care about Georgia and that’s why I’m here.”
