Atlanta chef shares the recipe behind his vegan 'wangs'

N’namdi Arinze can still recall the ingredients his mother used to create his favorite vegan dishes.

 Arinzie, who is an Atlanta native but roots trace back to Nigeria, says he grew up eating healthy food that his mom prepared.

“My mom made sure we ate a certain way,” said Arinze. “She was very health conscious.”

On Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Arinze said that he’s thankful that his mother instilled in him the importance of eating well.

He further spoke about his entrepreneurial journey to launch Vegan Wangs.
