Rustic-chic furniture, salvage and creative reuse are all the rage in the DIY home improvement world — both for look and cost.

Now, in Atlanta’s theater community, the practice has invigorated a new movement of environmentally-minded artists and producers.

Adam Friedman, co-founder and board chair of the Atlanta Green Theatre Alliance, joins “City Lights” to explain how his organization’s network can help solve waste and sustainability issues related to theatrical productions.
