Atlanta Mayor’s Race Grows Crowded Following Bottoms’ Decision

The Southern Center for Human Rights created the ‘Use of Force’ project to get residents engaged in Atlanta policing, from resource allocation to violence, in all six of the city’s zones.

It’s been one week since Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms made the surprise announcement that she’s not running for reelection after all.

And since then, the field of candidates Atlanta voters will have to choose from in November has grown.
