'City Lights' team highlights fun metro Atlanta festivals to attend in April

Ah, the joys of Atlanta in April! Birds are chirping, the BeltLine is packed, flowers are blooming, bushes with blossoms and pollen is everywhere! Also, everywhere in April are neighborhood festivals. Team “City Lights” has been hard at work gathering information on April festivals in Atlanta.
