In February 2007, City of Ink opened its doors in Atlanta’s historic Castleberry Hill neighborhood, just steps away from where Mercedes-Benz Stadium now sits.

However, in April of this year, the City of Atlanta issued a stop-work order against the tattoo shop due to an alleged violation of a 2008 ordinance.

“It’s probably just a mistake,” owner Miya Bailey initially thought, until his court dates kept getting pushed back.
