Everyone Has Their Own Adobo

The local food scene has suffered greatly during the COVID-19 pandemic, with many restaurants shutting their doors indefinitely. 

In spite of this, food lover Mike Pimentel has kept his pop-up restaurant in business. 

Mike speaks here with his wife, Fei Lai, about how his passion for cooking began as a teen — by helping his mom get dinner on the table.
