Georgia Court of Appeals agrees to hear an appeal in Trump election interference case

The Georgia Court of Appeals has decided to hear an appeal regarding Georgia’s election interference case against Donald Trump.

Former Pres. Trump recently appealed Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling that allowed District Attorney Fani Willis to continue prosecuting the case if special prosecutor Nathan Wade resigned.
