'Hot Jambalaya,' a spicy new comedy-mystery musical at Dad’s Garage

Agatha Christie meets screwball comedy with spicy musical numbers in the madcap murder mystery musical “Hot Jambalaya.” The new original spectacular from Dad’s Garage unravels a bizarre mystery surrounding Papa Joe “The Sewer King” Van Horn and a New Orleans steamboat full of possible suspects in his untimely murder.

The show is on stage at Dad’s Garage through March 29. Co-writers Matt Hobbs and Travis Sharp joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to talk about their latest comedy caper.
