Health insurance is meant to provide funds for people who are hurt in accidents, but what if those accidents occur during the commission of a crime?

If that’s the case, then insurance companies can deny coverage to patients, but there’s been several recent cases when patients have been denied medical coverage even after they were cleared of any criminal actions.
