Restaurants in Georgia can start opening up for dining-in again this coming Monday, but many in Atlanta say they aren’t planning on it.

“I will open when I weigh science and risk and have the confidence that I can do this correctly and safely for my employees and the people I serve,” Hugh Acheson, the owner of, among others, Empire State South, tweeted Monday evening, after Gov. Brian Kemp announced that he would allow certain businesses to start operating again.
