MAP: T.I.’s Vision To Revive His Childhood Neighborhood

The properties T.I. has already purchased in his childhood neighborhood vary – in both what they were and what he hopes they will become. HN Liquor Store,  775 Joseph E. Boone Blvd., was one of the first properties he acquired.

He plans for it to become a mixed-use development. But there’s also a former events center that will someday house a museum, a beloved community restaurant and the former Kmart site.
