The history of pasta is a story of innovation and engineering, an adventure through a world of possibilities in texture, taste and technique. A new exhibition at the Museum of Design Atlanta, or MODA, brings us along for this adventure. “Al Dente: The Design of Pasta” is on view through Sept. 1.
