Atlanta is home to many fantasy and sci-fi TV and film productions like “Stranger Things,” “Watchmen” and dozens of Marvel movies. The city also hosts some of the largest sci-fi/fantasy conventions in the world … and one of those is MomoCon.

Born out of the anime club at Georgia Tech, MomoCon returns this year to bring together anime, gaming and comic book enthusiasts at the Georgia World Congress Center from May 25-28.

In this interview, “City Lights” producer Summer Evans spoke with the founder and co-chairman Jess Merriman, along with Atlanta illustrator Marcus Williams, about the event.

MomoCon is May 25-28 at the Georgia World Congress Center. More information is available here.
