Vice President Kamala Harris is holding a presidential campaign rally at Enmarket Arena in Savannah.
It’s the final event of the campaign’s two-day swing through South Georgia. Her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, joined Harris at the campaign stops until departing before the Savannah rally.
The rally will feature State Sen. Derek Mallow, State Rep. Edna Jackson, Savannah Mayor Van Johnson and U.S. Rep. Nikema Williams, who is also chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia. Savannah State University Student Government President Katelyn Green will introduce Harris.
