Editor’s Note: A judge ruled on May 27 that Democrat Daniel Blackman is not qualified to run in the District 3 race based on not being a resident for at least one year before Election Day. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger disqualified him from the race on May 28 for the same reason. Blackman has appealed the decision and will remain on the ballot for now.
