A report released Thursday from the New York Times says Georgia Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle, a candidate in the Republican primary runoff for governor, bought a condo from a lobbyist at a discount.

The story promises to shake up the GOP primary, especially in light of the secret recording of Cagle that surfaced last week showing he supported what he thought was a bad piece of legislation for political reasons.
