This week, Gov. Brian Kemp through Georgia into the national spotlight by announcing a plan that meant certain businesses able to reopen as early as Friday.

Brian Kemp announced some businesses like hair and nail salons, bowling alleys and tattoo shops can open April 24. And he caught a wide array of criticism for the decision.
