Metro Atlanta residents are reacting to the newly debuted “Harm Report” by the Fulton County Reparations Task Force. The report is a culmination of years of work, detailing the harms done to Black people who were enslaved in Fulton or lived there during the Jim Crow era.

The public was invited to the Auburn Avenue Research Library for a panel-style conversation, during which a few task force members presented the report alongside Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington.

“What stood out the most to me was the math equation,” said Student and Fulton County resident Chloe Collier, who was surprised by how much math was used to conduct the research.
